Rhys Davies will resume his role as First Team skipper and lead his young side into 2025 South Wales Premier Cricket League season, hoping to improve on last seasons's outing.

Ever-present, Alun Evans will continue his role as Director of Cricket whilst still turning out to play for the club on weekends. Alun's continued involvement with the club will only help to nurture the club’s talent and manage the pathway guiding our young players as they transition from junior to senior cricket.

Abby Morgan, the clubs inaugural Women’s Captain, has decided to step down from the role for the 2025 season.

Abby led the club through an exceptional first season which saw the squad win the indoor league, come a close second in the outdoor league whilst playing numbers surged. The club would like to thank Abby for her commitment and leadership over the past 12 months and are delighted that she will continue to be an integral part of the playing squad.

The team will be led in the 2025 season by last season’s vice captain Angharad Davies. Angharad, an Ammanford native, is a prolific pace bowler, hard hitting batter and is ‘famous’ for her one handed catches! She will be supported by Jess Bray as Vice-Captain. The women compete in both the Indoor and Outdoor competitions organised by Cricket Wales.

We wish Rhys, Carl, Steve, Angharad and all the players all the best for the 2025 season and hope for a successful summer of cricket at Y PARC.
